Karter Kimball is a compassionate and experienced clinical therapist dedicated to helping individuals, families, and communities achieve emotional, mental, and physical well-being. He holds both a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and a Master’s of Social Work from Utah Valley University.
With many years of experience in individual, family, and group therapy, Karter has worked extensively with at-risk adolescents and adults across a variety of treatment settings. He is skilled in several evidence-based therapeutic approaches, including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), which he tailors to meet the unique needs of each client.
Karter has also enjoyed leading psychoeducational groups such as the Grand Families of Utah County and Strengthening Families Programs, supporting kinship caregivers and helping families build stronger, healthier relationships.
His clinical interests include anxiety, depression, oppositional defiance, substance abuse, suicide prevention, kinship care, trauma, grief, couples counseling, and adolescent mental health.
Outside of his therapeutic work, Karter enjoys photography, being outdoors, fishing, kayaking, swimming, and spending time with his family—especially watching his kids play sports.

Myrna McMillan came into the counseling profession with her soft and gentle nature after many life experiences that engendered compassion and belief in the resiliency of the human spirit. She believes attachment is key in healing the wounded soul and she has a passion for helping people who have suffered trauma. She especially enjoys working with children. She is trained in Play therapy, EMDR, Lifespan Integration, Neurofeedback, and she is certified in ART (Accelerated Resolution Therapy). Myrna is the mother of 5 sons, 7 stepsons, and 5 stepdaughters, and the grandmother of the most beautiful grandchildren on the planet! And loves spending time with them. Mark Wilkes specializes in working with individuals and couples to establish meaningful relationships, find purpose in their pursuits, and to live intentionally. He has specific expertise in overcoming anxiety-related challenges. Mark holds an MFT MS and is scheduled to receive a Ph.D. in psychology in 2026.

Sandi Williams, LMFT, holds Master’s degrees in both Psychology and Marriage and Family Therapy. With 15 year’s experience as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, she brings deep expertise in helping individuals, couples, and families navigate life’s challenges. Her areas of specialization include relationships, life transitions, anxiety, parenting, grief, trauma, and family conflict.
Sandi is trained in a wide range of evidence-based approaches, including Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), as well as Sandplay and Play Therapy.
In addition to her clinical work, Sandi is a full-time professor in the Psychology and Counseling Department at Utah Valley University and an active speaker at national workshops and conferences.
